On top of that, the breakfast offerings were quite basic and uninspiring, failing to match what you might expect for a 3-star establishment. I had to deal with the inconvenience of waiting for assistance, as only one iron was available per floor and no kettle or refrigerator in the room made it a hassle to prepare for my day. Classroom-level noise from neighbors at odd hours didn't help either. Definitely some areas needing improvement.

the sentral is fantastic for a comfortable stay, especially after a long day of shopping in bukit bintang. the family room was clean and cozy, and it's just a short walk to berjaya times square. great value for money too!
